Our company is currently developing new software for IBIS models creation. The idea of using IBIS, which is an acronym for I/O Buffer Information Specification, is to give an opportunity for IC manufacturers to provide customers with the behavioral models of the chip interface without providing the inner details of the design. IBIS models are used in PCB simulations, particularly in Signal Integrity simulations.

One might think it is fairly easy to develop such model. However, in practice the absence of a well-thought-out software solution can make the designer's work much more difficult and lead to inaccuracies and errors, not to mention time waste.

Our goal is to create cross-platform, cross-simulator and flexibly configured environment for the development of the IBIS models with a simple and effective graphical user interface. Obviously the feedback from potential customers and their opinion are of high importance for iDEA++™, especially at the stage of creating our product.
